Allied Universal Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

It has been great so far, I am just starting the process so I will see soon how it goes. so far I like the prompt response by the company.

Applied online, currently employed so I called the home office and got an interview in person. When I arrived, my credentials were denigrated, told I could only do the lowest of the low jobs for them, and then told I would be called later. I was also praise on having my paperwork, dressed in a suit, and having proof of everything from my resume. I have 8 years in the Army as a NCO with 2 combat arms MOS’, 2 combat deployments in a leadership role, a year of running a business, and a bachelors in psychology and criminal justice. I was told “you’re only qualified for a shift supervisor, maybe site supervisor role.” Then told how terrible my current job, WITH ALLIED, is and how I can never do better while I’m there.
