I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Allied Universal
Interview
I had two interviews. The first was at the branch office; I was hired before I interviewed.
The second interview was a bit more formal. I just answered a few questions about my schedule, goals and career objectives, education, work experience, etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Greenville, SC) in Nov 2016
Interview
I didn't have a interview I went in ask to ask to speak to the guy that called me and he asked when was I ready to start and what site did I want to work at.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Arlington, VA) in Sep 2016
Interview
The initial contact for an interview was easy. Follow up interaction was very difficult and frustrating. Found it to be habitual among different hiring managers and recruiters that they do not respond to follow-up calls or emails after the interview process; even for those who are offered/hired for the job.
