Allied Universal interview questions

Was invited to interview for a security officer position at a job fair in Bloomington, IL in April 2025. Whoever the woman was sitting at the front table supposedly running things, her attitude was really off-putting. A candidate made a comment, and the woman went into this almost manic rant that went on and on even after the candidate left the room. I now understand why they are constantly in need of new people if that's how they act. They also seem disorganized because after receiving an email asking me to confirm I was attending the job fair, I still ended up receiving the same email 2 more times even after confirming. Just off-putting altogether.

Super easy job, they hire every and anybody. Very flexible schedule, sometimes no breaks/lunches, strict on having people on site no matter what you have going on. They will fire you.
