Interview
Quick and easy online application. Recruiting called me within 3 days and setup a interview. Recruiting was very helpful in explaining what to expect. I expected a job mill experience (got a pulse, your hired) that was not the case.

Interview
First you will be invited to do a recorded video interview. Then the "phone interview" is just them setting you up to go to the job fair that is held weekly. They will ask you what hours you would like to work and the area you would like to work in. Once you go to the job fair you will wait until your name is called by an account manager. Then you will go to the building across the street to take your drug test, which is a mouth swab. If you pass the test, which you find out on the spot, you will then choose the dates of your 3 day training class.

Interview
There wasn't one. But I was hired during a bad period when a company merge was happening. So I did not get much of an interview at all. Pretty crappy if ya ask me. Hopefully you get a better deal
