it was a pretty easy process.Allied Universal is a good company to work for. I had a few good supervisors which made my work rewarding and a joy to be at. Apply online and was given the option of a phone interview I took it and I ended up getting the job I also had to answer a couple screening questions. You take the drug test at orientation

Interview
Video interview where they ask you various questions and you respond by recording a video of yourself. Make sure you are dressed up nice. They look and listen to everything. Then it is followed up by a phone interview. Then the process of waiting for a week for the background check to clear before the complete the onboarding process. There you will take a drug test and take various tests to obtain your guard card. They will issue you a temporary one. So come prepared.
