I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Alexandria, VA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Went professional and easy. Questions were on the spot and encouraging to share information. I strongly recommend to study on the job description and paraphrase the words during the interview. Military, law enforcement, or security background is not required, but it's a big plus. Business attire is a must. Don't expect them to call you if you go to interview with jeans.
