The interview process in my past experiences went smooth sailing. It wasn't the traditional interview where you and the interviewer sits and asks questions. It felt more like an orientation. We were put into groups that were hiring potential employees and went through what the job was about. Very easy to get hired ..

The process involved 2 interviews and was very straightforward. I met with the recruiting manager and the interview lasted about 30 minutes and was then moved to the next stage. The next stage involved meeting with the project manager. This interview also lasted about 30 min. After the last interview, I was informed within 4 days that I did not receive the position.
