DIY video interview with a pre-recorded question. it was overall very streamlined and all done on their website. However, the questions asked were not job-specific, it was more like an interview for a security guard.

The questions were geared toward security guards and not fitting for the job applied
Received a call from Talent Acquisitions, the person on the phone had children screaming in the background. scheduled an interview for the next week and received verbal confirmation that an email and text would be sent shortly after to provide information on the interview location. Was not contacted.

Interview
Although I did not end up taking a position with the company to leave my current employer. I was impressed with the Interview Process. Having been through many structured interview processes, Common to government agencies; their interview process was a breath of fresh air. They simply wanted to know my experiences, education, and accomplishments. There didn't seem to be any canned interview questions, which I am not a fan of. I felt very comfortable during the process and had the pay been a little higher would have definitely taken the job. I was impressed with the companies operations and opportunities that it could have provided, just could not take the pay cut from my current employer.
