Question 1
"Based on your experience, you're more then qualified to lead.I want to offer you a Sergeant Position. Do you feel you're qualified? Do you have a problem accepting?"
Interview experience with this company was nothing short of disappointing. As I attempted to interview, show up, and complete all steps communicated; I was faced with a no-show interview with little-to-no communication.
