I went through the whole process. They selected another candidate after the last round of interviews. The process was long and repetitive and the recruitment team wasn't considerate at all of my time and effort.
I had a first interview with a person with HR, he was very nice and told me about the following steps.
A second round including a business case (that was sent to me only a few hours befor the interview) and 1h discussion with one of the managers that will collaborate with the hired person. The case wasn't very difficult and the interview discussed interesting points about the role. Even when the third interview took a while longer to schedule, this manager made sure to keep me posted and informed me of the delay.
For the third round of interviews is when things started to go south. This was an interview with the actual hiring manager. I fetl like he didn't really prepare to make the interview and the time allocated was too short. One week after this interview I asked for updates via mail and I was ignored. After one more week I sent another email saying that even if I was rejected it would be fair just to know, HR just replied saying that they "didn't have any information to share". Another week passed and I got an email to schedule the 4th interview.
The 4th interview, was even worse. It was with a more senior employee, he was late and on top of that a technical problem cut the interview time from 50 to 25 min. Despite of being just a "cultural fit chat", this person didn't even introduce himself, and went straight ahead to ask exam-like questions.
Two weeks later I received an automated emal from a "no-reply" address that just said that they had selected someone else. They didn't even put 5 min of their time to send a copy/paste email from their personal account. It is ok that there was a better candidate, but it felt like I didn't even get the minimum appreciation after going through all those rounds of interviews
