I applied online. I interviewed at Allianz (Birmingham, Inglaterra) in Nov 2022
Interview
Initially I had a phone call interview with a team leader, they asked generic interview questions, have I ever been dismissed, what roles I had done and my experience, I passed this and was put through to the second stage around a month later which consisted of two parts. I had to do a mechanical comprehension test prior to two interviews. Technical interview was the first meeting via webcam with one technical expert, asked me numerous questions about legislation and the equipment I had worked on. Operations interview was the next part, more questions were asked about me and how I would cope with situations, times I had coped with change helped others etc. it was a fairly relaxed interview overall.
