I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Allianz (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jun 2024
Interview
There was quite a long wait between application submission and receiving a link to the online assessments compared to other graduate scheme processes. Once completing the standard numerical / verbal / inductive reasoning tests and a mini job simulation (responding to colleagues and ranking responses to a situation) I was invited to a self recorded video interview. This asked the standard “tell me about a time..” questions that are present in virtually every graduate scheme process. Following this was an invite to a virtual assessment centre where I completed a group activity and a 1-1 interview with a current underwriter. Be able to expand on your CV and explain what you have put in there - this formed a majority of my interview. Interviewer and AC organiser were easy to talk to and made the experience very comfortable.

Interview
Interview was over the phone rather easy and the woman who interviewed me was respectful and sounded very interested in my experience. Lasted about 20-30 minutes and was told if I would move on within a few days.
