Es gab zwei Termine. Das 2. Gespräch wurde mit HR durchgeführt, der die Kamera nicht angemacht hat. Es hat sich schnell gezeigt, dass sie den aktuellen Marktpreis nicht zahlen können oder wollen mit dem Verweis auf die Tariftabellen. Im Nachgang kam ein Stapel Papier im Postfach an.

Es war einfach ein erstes Kennenlernen, um zu schauen ob man überhaupt ins Team passt. Im Anschluss wurden noch ein Paar technische fragen gestellt und welche Programmiersprachen man beherrscht. Am ende konnte man selbst noch Fragen stellen es war generell eine Entspannte Stimmung

The process is good but it’s a very lengthy interview process. But overall it’s good experience. Totally 4 rounds. General introduction, Technical, Aptitude and Manager and HR discussions. At the end of the interview I got an offer

amazing, talked about past experiences, showed me the project i am going to work on, totally interactive, non of that DS+Algorithms crap you get at most interview. it didn't feel like an interview
