I talked to the employer through on campus career fair. It was a really quick process. Within a week of the career fair, they contacted me for an interview. It was held right on campus, so it's really convenient for students. There was only one round of interview

It start of with normal behavior questions... just be yourself. It ended with 2 professional question regarding insurance companies and how it make a profit.
I had two rounds of interviews, both being interviewed by two people in each round. These were online interviews. There was a mix of behavioural questions and technical questions in each interview.

I actually applied to another position, where I got declined immediately. When asked about this position, I have voiced several times my concern that I do not have the necessary skills to do the job, then they turned me down after I wasn't a close fit to the job requirements.
