Interview
Interviewed for the Consultant role with Allianz Singapore. Process took slightly more than 1.5mths. There was a total of 4 interviews.
First Round - Initial screen/interview with a Senior Consultant from the office. May test for simple consulting skills such as estimation, structuring an approach etc.
Second Round - Insurance themed case interview with a Principal Consultant. Expected to create a slide to summarise case study and propose project plan.
Third Round - Interview with team lead (Manager/Partner), expect thorough scrutiny to your profile, CV, and answer hard questions about yourself.
Fourth Round - Interview with HR, how you fit the company and how you gel with the team, also good time to assess what you bring to the team as a prospective hire.
After 4 rounds, and discussion, they will issue offer for your acceptance.

Interview process was fast. One time the presentation cut the presentation without waiting for explanation, though still in the time limit. They also sent out materials to prepare for the interview.

How to measure the degree of angle between 2 analogue clock hands?
The process was quite simple and professional. HR interview followed by a case interview. Then you review and present the case to other team members, followed by some feedback on the presentation.
Interessant Gespräch. Zuerst Vorstellung und Besprechung des Lebenslauf sowie fragen zur Motivation. Danach Case bearbeiten aus dem Versicherungsbereich. Insgesamt angenehme Atmosphäre. Sehr interaktiv, fühlte sich nicht nach ausfragen sondern eher nach Teamarbeit an.
