Applied online. Initial phone interview with corporate recruiter, which involved a quick review of my resume and brief explanation of the position. Set up in-person interview with Sr. Director and Sr. PM. Another review of resume and chat about experience. Next interview with Associate VP--involved mostly a chat about experience. Offer came two days later. Very quick process.
The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Allianz (Waterloo, ON) in Aug 2021

2 30 min interviews. First with hiring manager second with CIO. Hiring manager concentrated on process and skill set, CIO asked vision and people management questions. Aim is to select and prove in probation period

Internal job posting and the process was smooth with 2 rounds of interview testing basic PM and domain skills & overall management skills to be able to interface senior stakeholders. The delays are mostly when it comes to release of offers.
