I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Allianz (Yakarta)
Interview
Applied on campus and got invited to their office for an interview with managers & HR. HR only reviewed my CV and ask some questions to confirm what was written there. After that, she told me to meet the managers for an interview. One manager was chill and the other one was kind of serious. Few days later, HR called me again and ask me to come to the office on Monday to start working.

Question 1
How long did you stay in your previous job and why did you quit?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allianz (Golden Valley, MN) in Apr 2025
Interview
It was a 5 person panel, a lot of behavioral questions. Not too many (if any) questions beyond that. Took 3 hours and after I toured the building and met people who I was potentially going to work with.
The process has two rounds, one with HR and one with hiring managers. The interview with hiring managers is fairly informal, include tech questions and case study. Looking for attitude and problem solving skills.
I only made it to the first round of interviews with this employer and did not receive an offer. I had found the posting on Indeed and applied with no other connection to the company. I met with the hiring manager and the interview felt like it went ok, but I had no experience at the time of the interview (recent college grad)
