I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Allianz (Singapur) in Jan 2021
Interview
I interviewed in Jan 2021. Easily the most disorganised and non-candidate-focused interview process I've ever experienced. Communication between interviews was non-existent and at no point did I feel that Allianz Consulting APAC was interested in convincing me it was a good fit for me? I asked repeatedly during interviews about the culture of the team, projects they were working on, but I never got to speak to anyone I would be sharing an office with throughout the entire process. Not surprisingly, there was a case (trying hard to be MBB like). She gave a brief of the case and was not very helpful to assist when I stumbled. Instructions were not clear. She was not well versed or cut out to be an interviewer, highly unprofessional. No interest taken into understanding my past professional experiences, didn’t even read my resume beforehand. Used her phone during interview.. and only wanted to throw the case and be done with it... Totally the wrong approach to interview an experienced hire, no follow up email to inform on interview outcome even 3 months later...
Interview process was fast. One time the presentation cut the presentation without waiting for explanation, though still in the time limit. They also sent out materials to prepare for the interview.

Question 1
How to measure the degree of angle between 2 analogue clock hands?
The process was quite simple and professional. HR interview followed by a case interview. Then you review and present the case to other team members, followed by some feedback on the presentation.
