the post was advertised on my university portal, i applied via cv and cover letter. I heard back relatively quickly considering the conditions with covid. it was around march/april time. having been shortlisted for an interview which was to be conducted via cisco. technology from their end let them down and i ended up having a phonecall. it was relaxed and took around 35 minutes.
The interview process typically starts with an application review, followed by an HR screening or recruiter call. Candidates may then go through one or more interviews with the hiring manager and team members. Depending on the role, technical assessments, case studies, or competency-based interviews may be included. The process usually evaluates both technical skills and behavioral competencies, as well as cultural fit and motivation to join Allianz.
Easygoing, the whole interview very chill and relaxing. The interviewer are open to me asking questions and explain the position that I applied for very clear and detail. The whole interview process will not be long if you able to explain your portfolio well and relate it to the role interviewed for.
The interview process is a structured series of steps used by employers to assess a candidate's suitability for a job. It typically involves multiple stages, including screening, interviews (phone, in-person, or video), and potentially assessments or reference checks, culminating in a hiring decision.
