After an online application I was invited to complete competency tests. After passing these I was invited to take part in the video interview stage, and was subsequently invited to their assessment centre but was unable to attend due to illness.

Interview
Firstly, you will be requested to provide a CV and cover letter.
Secondly, psychometric tests, usually numerical and verbal tests.
A few days after OT, a telephone interview
Assessment center finally.

Very relaxed; friendly managers and fun activities. The day consisted of a presentation, group exercise and interview, as well as time to chat to the other candidates and the assessors.
