The first interview was fairly standard, with the usual set of questions you would expect. I was a bit nervous at the beginning but managed to answer all the questions. At the end, the interviewer told me I needed more practice and focus, which came across as somewhat blunt and not the most encouraging way to close the conversation. She did ask if I had any questions, but while answering, she was already heading toward the door, which made the ending feel rushed and impersonal.
However, I later had a second interview with another recruiter, and that experience was completely different. She was very professional, made the discussion smooth, and left me with a positive impression. The process went really well, and I eventually received an offer.
