Allianz Graduate Program interview questions

I did not apply to the program, i was invited to a interview in the main office with a phone call. Before the interview I was asked to do logic and english testes. The interview took one hour. Two weeks later I received a call were I was told that they had candidates with more skills. When I asked a feedback about on the missing skills (which?) the lady couldn't tell me which skills but that i did very good in the interview. I wished she told me which skills I didn't have to better in the following interviews.
