Allianz Customer Service Representative interview questions

It had a good flow with lots of processes. It was demanding in terms of focus and concentration. We had to remain consistent and cool in order to carry on without leaving any important details behind.

Skype interview, not bad lots of questions. However, it was inbox messages only. They also asked 20 questions that you had 30 minutes to answer but I think 20 to 25 minutes would of been enough time to finalized all answers.
