Allianz Customer Service Associate interview questions

For this job role, there are 3 rounds of interview process. first stage is screening. they will ask self introduction ,and from this they short list people for second round. Second round is accent test ,where they will questions as per your CV, about the company, job role , etc. and the 3rd round interviewed by HR. In all these round they check your communication skill and the way you approach to their questions

There were three rounds of interview and it was quite good. All you need is good communication skills and confidence. There would be also a mockup call test if you are applying for a voice process.
