Align Technology Technical Support IT Engineer interview questions

I receive a call telling me that they have viewed my resume and wanted to know my educational background. I was told I might be overqualified because they were looking for someone who was still learning and didn’t have much experience in IT. I mentioned I don’t have much experience and I would love to learn more. So they scheduled me for a phone interview at a certain day and time. They day of the interview nobody called me after waiting nearly half an hour. I sent them an email and told them I haven’t received a call. Their answer was “They were caught up in meetings”. That was unprofessional due to their lack of consideration of other’s times. They called me right after and the hiring manager said “What do you want.” In a very blunt way. I told him I had an interview, then he interrupted me and began talking to someone else. Very rude. During the interview I felt as tho I was being interrogated rather than being interviewed, as in “ I didn’t ask you that, you are answering as if I asked you this” .
