Align Technology Human Resources interview questions

Too many interviews, research people, region responsible, head of the area, global head for the area, colleague in the same position, local HRBP, one more responsible in the head quarters, more than two months of interviews and finally they decided that wants someone whit more experience... Amazing! The interviews were very well, easy conversations about technical knowledge, company culture experience... Honestly, no need to expent more than two interviews to finally say this. A waste of time, and a very bad sensation.
