Alight Solutions interview questions

Most of my interviews took place over the phone. It was backwards from other processes I've experienced where I would talk with Talent Acquisition first, then maybe the hiring manager and any other leadership as conversations would progress. With Alight, I spoke to the hiring manager first, which I really enjoyed. After that, TA followed up to ensure we were on the same page with salary and expectations. Then, I spoke to someone who also reports into the hiring manager and was able to get more information about the team dynamic. Within a week, I met with the hiring manager in person to see the facility briefly and go through a scenario assessment. Finally, I spoke to a VP level executive over the phone. All interviews with the exception of my 2nd interaction with the hiring manager were held over the phone.

The interview was very professional. They ask you about your previous experience and they switch back and forth between English and Spanish so they can make sure that you are bilingual.
