Self-recorded video interview process answering general interview questions, mostly customer service related. Some of the questions were pretty basic and others took a little longer to answer using the STAR method. They seemed to be most interested in customer service experience and transferable skills. I started recording my answers but had to pause in the middle of it to handle a personal matter, but because it took too long for me to return, I was clocked out of the interview session. I was able to return to complete the self-recorded video interview process later, but a different question came up than what was on the screen when I was clocked out earlier that day. I believe a message stated that you only get two chances (possibly three? - they let you know in the instructions) to complete the self-recorded interview before you're "locked out" and ineligible to continue the interview process. An actual recruiter called me about a month after I completed my application and interview.
