There was a 20 min group presentation covering core values, then broken into individual interviews which covered various behavioral questions using the STAR method. It was a very very pleasant experience

Very thorough in what they are asking and the situations that you might have come across in working. It is a mix between video and text inputs. Make sure you have on proper clothing for the interview.

One recruiter does the interview and breaks the ice by getting to know you. They use the STAR method for interviews and this information is given upfront. Typical questions like strengths and weakness.
Very quick process, the company managed to keep contact with the candidate; the whole recruitment process took around 1,5 week. The managers and recruiters are keen on answering any questions you might have.
