Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. Had to take a series of online tests to grade my knowledge of various skills/applications, i.e. Word, Excel, typing. Then proceeded to interview stage: group panel via phone, 3 individual face to face interviews. It was a very long process-- I think a couple months from the time I was contacted to when I was offered a position. Did not accept my counter-offer for salary, but did meet me in the middle.

Standard "what are your strengths/weaknesses" questions; explain a recent crisis/problem and how you solved it; how well do you deal with stress, etc.

Primero una cita en la que se queda en un día y una hora para realizar una llamada.
Luego la llada que sirve de entrevista mediante Skype, al finalizar te dicen que ya contactarán contigo tanto si es positivo o negativo.

Video interview. You were given a link and asked to download an ap. You then had to answer verbally several questions in regards to previous experience. You were also asked to complete some short questions in writing. You then downloaded and sent the interview to an HR rep.
