Alcon Medical Director interview questions

Interview was live, with multiple people. None were experienced interviewers. All seemed to be scared that they were going to lose their jobs, or make a mistake. Very committee like process, it seemed. In spite of asking, no one could tell me who the hiring manager was, or who the manager would be. Just seemingly multiple people interviewing who had little understanding of even what the job was that they were interviewing me for. Felt like they didn't know what they were doing.
