Alcon Sr. Scientist interview questions

Very straight forward process. People were very professional and had very scientific questions. The HR has a phone screening first and then got the interview with the R&D manager. I had a positive feeling after i am done.

Initial interview with recruiter was followed by a kick-off interview with the hiring manager in the next round. Then four panel interviews with the respective directors of each department relevant for the position.
