I interviewed with Alcon in January, I am a recent college graduate and had no sales experience so that was against me. The interviewer was hardcore, which he should have been and I didn't get the job. If I could do it again I would research products more indepth and focus on college education.

Interview
First you will have a phone interview to more or less just tell the manager about yourself. Next there is a face to face interview with the hiring manager. After that is a ride along with a current sales rep in the territory. After that is a phone interview with the regional director.
