Interview
It was a panel interview. Interviewd by all shift team leaders and it was sort of nerve wrecking. Hiring process was ok. Some information was misplaced and had to wait longer.
I interviewed with an outside agency. Gave my resume and was asked if I had the experience. I was given a date and time to go onsite where I filled out paperwork.
Very structured and systematic. The hr team is very helpful and friendly. They follow up thoroughly throughout the entire process. Really make me feel comfortable and happy and this helps ease me during interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Alcon (Johns Creek, GA) in May 2020
Interview
The interview was pretty standard. There were 2 interviewers which were both managers. They ask behavioral questions and technical ones. It was during Covid so the entire process was done one zoom.
