Alcon Engineer interview questions

The interview process was very professional and smooth. My first interview was a virtual interview with an HR Partner and the Global Head for MS&T. I was contacted within a week for a follow up interview. Alcon was very flexible regarding my availability at the time to visit their HQ facilities. They arranged for transportation and accommodations. The second interview consisted of interviews with four different leaders of the company and included a tour of the facilities and lunch. The entire process took about 6 hours. I was very pleased with their treatment , professionalism, and their very palpable commitment towards the company's mission.

Phone interview and written questions. Then a face to face interview. Met with multiple interviewers from multiple departments and levels of the company. The interview also included a lunch interview.
