Alcon Chemistry R D Intern interview questions

There were two rounds of interviews. The first was done by a person from HR and the second was a technical interview conducted by a panel. The first was pretty quick and mostly behavioral with only a few questions about my experience to probe whether I might be a good candidate. The second was much more in depth but mostly concentrated on my experience with follow up questions about details. There were also questions about less relevant parts of my resume to see how "well rounded" of a candidate I was.
