was well organized and strcutured. question were well suited to the position. The panel was well prepared inb the way they went about the interview. The panel was very professional and you could tell they went through this process more than once.

Worked as a consultant prior to interview which was the formality needed before an offer could be made. Culture is engineering-led, with very confusing and conflicting matrix organsation. Although a new site it not generally inspiring- large open-plan offices that are noisy and impersonal. HR only performs a bodies management role- zero vision of competency-based planning and development. Culture is process rather than output. Nice enough people, though.
