Airbus Project Manager interview questions

Worked with the recruitment team and applied externally for three project manager roles for a new team that opened up. Interview process was the following: 1. Hiring Manager Interview 2. Senior Leadership Interview 3. Human Resources Interview Rejected from all roles because I didn't have enough "Airbus" knowledge. They selected internal candidates instead. Advice to candidates: get a position as a contractor here first before they will hire you full time. Unfortunately, they do not value diverse experienced candidates.

L'entretien a consisté à une brève introduction et présentation avec la head of process & tools, puis un échange avec les équipes en place et la personne à remplacer par la suite. Pas de retour suite à mon premier échange. Pas de retour/debrief RH suite à mon test.
