I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Airbus (Bengaluru) in Feb 2016
Interview
I got a call from the HR the day I sent my CV to attend the technical face to face interview next day. The I arrived at the venue 15 mins before the mentioned time. They made me wait for 1 hour(They do not respect the time). The team manager and lead engineer took my interview. They started off by asking questions about my Bachelors and Master thesis projects. Later they handed me a list of aptitude questions(simple puzzles), which I answered well. Later they stared asking HR questions (it was supposed to be technical Interview). Totally I felt the interview went well except for the unexpected HR questions. The HR is super slow and do not respond to any emails or phone calls after the interview. Initially HR told that he will get back with the results within 2 day and he to nearly 3 weeks to reply. Very unreliable interview process!!
