Airbus interview questions

C’était un stage technique en informatique. Le processus de recrutement a été assez simple : j’ai d’abord été contacté par mail pour fixer un rendez-vous en visio, puis j’ai eu un entretien d’environ 45 minutes. La discussion portait principalement sur le poste, ma motivation et sur ma correspondance avec les attentes du stage. Aucune question technique n’a été posée. Environ une semaine après, j’ai reçu une réponse positive. L’échange s’est bien passé, les recruteurs étaient professionnels et bienveillants.

It was over a video call ...with a range of open questions with challenges presented ...and how I may have dealt with things in the past. I was encouraged to share those and how I overcame them . The interview was fair and not just read from a list
