Interview
Before the interview, we were given an online test to complete, then in the assessment centre it was split into three sections. We had a short introduction then did an ice breaker activity. Next I had my individual interview which lasted roughly 1.5hrs, and then we ended the day chatting to current airbus grads.

Relaxed and informal. Made me feel at ease, with plenty of questions asked and a chance to ask questions too. Attended by HR also, which is standard procedure for any company so don’t be put off by this
