Very straight forward process. Being an english speaking American company, there is no pressure on the employees to learn the local language. Highly recommended in Europe.
The company also encourages people to move between functions to learn new things. It is encourages to move between HR, to marketing, sales, supply chain and so on.

I was contacted by the recruiter by the multiple times during the summer. Finally got an interview scheduled after 3 months which was cancelled the day of the in person interview.

2 rounds, first with hiring manager second with a panel. Pretty extensive, specifically asked number of part numbers I was responsible for et cetera. Also told me to relax and just have a conversation.
