I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aidoc (Tel Aviv) in May 2024
Interview
Phone screening by recruiter - was ok. Interviewer did a good job but was not very nice. Low energy.
Interview with executive - Zoom interview. Was horrible. Didn't take the time to interview me properly! I could see her get a text message on her phone, and then she'd ask me a question and while I was answering she switched to her laptop to reply (Slack/WhatsApp). Later she obviously repeat the question or clearly didn't remember my reply.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aidoc (Barcelona) in Mar 2021
Interview
Multiple interviews with different people in the organisation
Rigorous interview process and friendly at the same time
If you are the right match they move quickly
They are focused on finding a good fit for the company as well as your core skills, however matching company values is very important!

I applied for the position of Python Software Engineer through a recruiter and interviewed at Aidoc in Tel Aviv-Yafo in December 2023. The experience was very professional and friendly, as they made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
During the interview, I had a Zoom session with the team leader, who asked me to describe the features I had developed. Following that, they inquired about specific aspects of those features. Finally, I was presented with a coding task to solve online.
