the process was very smooth. I applied randomly from LinkedIn and was called for screening within a week of application. I then was moved forward to Hiring managers round, had a very good conversation with manger... he was very much interested in getting to know me and my professional work ex. after that i was called for last round with director. after a week of last round recruiter called me to offer me that position.
