Ahold Delhaize interview questions

Video interview and a standard conversation. I was asked a few questions about my resume and told about the job. Despite working for the company for 15 years and at my current position for 5 years, I was denied this job. I was told that I was qualified, but that they thought I would be "bored at this position". Basically, I was overqualified for a promotion. Very demoralizing.
