Ahold Delhaize interview questions

Easy, resume based interview, 30 minutes skype interview. 2 people panel. Mainly Java based questions as position required Java knowledge. The process was smooth , got an offer in 3 days.

Applied online, received email for a phone intereview with recruiter. Phone interview was not as informative as I had expected. Basically an overview of the job description posted. Then another phone interview with the hiring manager. The job description was changed/not exactly what was posted. They use a standard template so the job itself was very different. Also, the hiring manager indicated that there are some ongoing restructuring with the company. In the end, I was not interested in this position as the department/company was not stable.
