I got 2 calls to see a phone screening. Both times, the recruiter never called me back. I reached out via voicemail and email, still no response. That was 2 months ago, and I just got notice of rejection today. It was notice of better qualified candidates, but on the calls I received to set up the phone interviews they said I was a great fit. Super disorganized and would not recommend.
