The interview process was highly disrespectful. It took over two months before I even started the case study.
The first round was with a recruiter whose English was difficult to understand. The second round with the hiring manager was more pleasant. However, the case study round turned out to be an absolute scam.
They asked me to prepare an entire, highly detailed strategy for their team for 2025. After questioning me extensively about the case, they proceeded to ask completely unrelated questions, many of which had already been covered in earlier stages of the interview process.
I have never been required to dedicate such long hours to preparing a case study before, and the fact that they requested a full strategy was a major red flag I should have noticed earlier.
This company shows no respect for candidates' time, and I honestly feel like I was scammed into providing free consulting.

Very professional and organised. There were 3 stages to the interview. The management makes you feel at ease during the interview. The organisation takes their interview process very seriously. You are expected to prepare a presentation of a topic they provide.

Aptitude test online, HR screening on basic questions. 3 round of interview after that. First one with hiring manager on the subject, technical side of it, focusing on strategic part. Second round case study. Third round follow up to the case study, from various teams.
