Interview
I only had a phone screen. I was not offered a further interview; reason provided was due to lack of experience in recruiting in high volumes. I felt the process was professional and pleasant.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Agoda (Bangkok) in Jul 2015
Interview
There was an initial phone screen followed by 3 phone/Skype interviews. There's a few online tests to do related to math and English. After that they flew me to Bangkok for onsite interviews with 6 people and more tests, including personality, IQ, mental alertness, logical deduction, leadership style. Besides general product questions around design, there were also quantitative questions and consulting type questions. It's a very data-driven company, which is the reason for all the tests. I had a couple free days beforehand to check out the city and explore what it would be like to live in Bangkok. Overall, I was impressed with the caliber of the interviewers and the environment as a whole.

Interview
First is just general questions by preliminary interviewer, was quite impress with my ability and especially English language as they lack the candidate who can communicate professional business level English. It then follow by that particular position department leader, was very impress as well, asking a little more detail about how I feel about the job in question and other job related tasks.
However when it comes to higher level HR interviewer, it gets a little bit "side tracked" though impress with my potential, but seems refrained and reserved, told me I could go for internship program and after that it is up to my choice. This indicates some other meaning.
Hi there, thank you for your feedback. I recall our conversation took this turn because, as an international student, you would be ineligible to work without prior relevant experience. It was as we explored this further that we talked about how an internship might help you to, at least, gain some work experience in a large internet company, which would be beneficial for any job applications you might make in the future. We wish you luck in your job search.
