Through phone interview from overseas and get hired after a call. Company provide visa and hotel for a month. Done. Really nothing much. Never test anything and there was no background check nor reference check. Easiest interview i ever had in my life. Speak both mother tongue and English on phone with own mother tongue speaker manager.

There're 2 interviews. For the first interview, as I'm recently graduated, they asked about what you have done at University and also my skill. They also let me wrote ERD on the whiteboard. It takes about 2 days and i was invited to do the second interview. The interviewers are so nice and kind.
